The Senshi Team strives to give our customers the best service and products possible. If you have received a defective product please contact us via email or Instagram DM. The exchange request is only valid for 72 hours from receiving our product. The product must be brand new and unwashed. Once verified, we will send a brand new piece to you free of charge, exclusive of shipping. 

We do not do refunds at this current time.
